Accreditations

We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the independent regulatory body created by the Law Society, regulating the solicitors and law firms of England and Wales. The SRA set the Principles and a Code of Conduct that we have to abide by in order to provide legal services.

Family Law

Staff in our Family Law department are members of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme. Members will have shown, to the satisfaction of the Law Society, that they have and will maintain  a high level of knowledge , skills , experience and practice in the area of family law.
